Aileron Pro Wheelset
Features a disc specific elliptical profile designed with aerodynamics and weight as key factors. Specifically tuned to be aerodynamically paired with 23-28c road tires, though a 20mm inner width compliments even the most voluminous gravel and ‘cross tires.
Tubeless ready using 24mm Velotape.
Tight tolerances require the use of a low profile rim tape likeVelotape to avoid tire installation issues. Veloplugs are not recommended on Aileron wheels.
Rear hub converts from 135mm quick release to 142x12mm thru-axle compatibility and will accept Shimano/SRAM 11, Campagnolo 11, or SRAM XX1 cassettes. Wheelsets include one axle and cassette body configuration. Conversion pieces are available separately. Shimano 11 cassette body includes a spacer for use with 8/9/10 speed systems.
Convertible Front Hub allows for 9mm QR, 15mm thru, or 20mm thru axle configurations.
Sapim CX-Ray Spokes and alloy spoke nipples are used throughout for unrivaled performance.
Internal cam quick release skewers are included with front wheels and 135mm rear wheels.
